FOR
TYPE CAH(22)-400D CUT-TO-LENGTH LINE FOR TRANSFORMER LAMINATION
1. GENERAL
Type CAH(22)-400D Cut-to-length line for transformer lamination is the special equipment for transformer lamination manufacturing. This is our new generation of cut-to-length line. The shearing units, punching units are electrical servo operated. The machine is central guided. Both guide rails are movable. This is faster and more reliable.
The requirements for the steel sheet coil is as follows:
Thickness of sheet: 0.23~0.35mm
Sheet width tolerance: ±0.1mm
S deviation: ≤0.2mm/2000mm
Burr: ≤0.03mm
Requirements for workshop:
Power 35 KW, AC 380V (3-phase), 50Hz;
Temperature ≤40ºC
Total gas consumption 1 M3/min

4. DESCRIPTION OF COMPONENTS
4.1 DOUBLE HEAD DECOILER
Internal diameter of coil 500mm
Max. External diameter of coil 1200mm
Max. Load of each mandrel 3200kg
The two mandrels of the decoiler can be turn 180º horizontally so as to keep one mandrel in working position and the other is in standby position. The horizontal turning of each mandrel is driven by motor. Each mandrel has 4 segments, which are expanded hydraulically to grip the bore of the coil. The hydraulic station is equipped inside the decoiler.
The rotational speed of the mandrel is controlled by synchronizing stepless.
4.2 SHEET GUIDING DEVICE
The sheet guiding device consists of guiding ramp plate and proximity switches. No buffer pit is needed.
4.3 SHEET FEEDER
The feeder consists of feeding roller, measuring roller and guide rail. The driving system adopts TAIWAN AC servo control system. Feeding roller is a couple of rubber roller, driven by the servo motor, the upper roller is pressed pneumatically by the cylinder. The measuring roller is a couple of precision steel roller, the upper roller is pressed pneumatically by the cylinder, the lower roller is connected with encoder, the lower roller will be turned by the silicon steel sheet, and the encoder will measure the length.
4.4 V NOTCH PUNCHING UNIT
One unit includes: 1 set of carbide blades=4 pieces
The V notch punching unit is used for punching the V notch in the yoke and central core leg sheets. The V notch is positioned according to the program requirements. For longitudinal step-lap cores, the step positions of the V notch are automatically controlled by the sheet feeder. For transverse step-lap cores, the cross step positions are automatically controlled through AC servo motor and rolling bearings.
The V notch punching unit has 2 upper and 2 lower blades. The blades are made of carbide, normally they can shear over 1,000,000 times after each sharpening with minimum burr.
The rigid walking beam and ball sleeve ensure the smallest punching burr, which is less than 0.03mm. Upper blade is driven by servo motor. The sheet scraps will dump into the waste bin through guiding chute.
4.5 HOLE PUNCHING UNIT
Diameter range of holes which can be punched Φ8-Φ25 mm
Punching burr ≤0.03 mm
One unit includes: 1 set of punch and die=2 pieces
With the hole-punching unit, one or several holes can be punched in all laminations. The distance between holes can be chosen arbitrary.
4.6 SHEARING UNIT
One unit includes: 1set of carbide blades =2 pieces. There are two shearing unit equipped on the line, one +45 º and one -45 º.
The carbide blade can normally shear over 1,000,000 times after each sharpening with minimum burr. One upper and one lower blade are mounted in each shearing unit.
The rigid walking beam and ball sleeve ensure the smallest shearing burr. Burr is less than 0.03mm. Upper blade is driven by a servo motor.
4.7 DISCHARGE TABLE
The finished sheets after all shearing and punching will be sent to diverting mechanism by conveying belt. The discharge table is center guided, and the speed change is step-less.
4.8 CENTER POSITIONED WIDTH ADJUSTING MECHANISM
Center positioned width adjusting mechanism is adopted for the whole line, to adapt different material width, linear guide rail is used to regulate the direction, ball screw is used for transmission, the width adjusting mechanism of the whole line is a linkage, the position is detected by the encoder, and displayed by the position indictor.
4.9 PNEUMATIC SYSTEM
Pneumatic system adopts AIRTAC valve island control system.
4.10 ELECTRICAL CONTROL SYSTEM
Electrical control system includes main control cabinet and operating console. Servo motor driving, position control functions are realized with TAIWAN AC servo system and SIEMENS SIMOTION logical control modules.
SIEMENS monitor with user-friendly English menu and processing pattern display is adopted. The operator can select required lamination shapes, input data, adjust parameters and control the whole production line very easily in the operation console.
